Hola Amigos. I have traveled to Mexico, Central, and South America. I am trying to find out some information and advice from people that know more about these leagues than me. I know everything under the sun about basketball... but not futbol. From what I can tell a guy/company from the USA can own a team in Mexico. The Tercera costs $2300 a year to participate, at least that's what I thought I read en Espanol. Can you life long Latin American futbol fans fill me in (not just on Mexico, but my best options)? It's appreciated, thanks.
