Well, if this is to be believed, looks like they have gone for the black v rather than the white one.

In which case, I fully expect a mirror shirt for the away kit, but with the red v on white. Though it is unlikely to be the one with the lace up collar that has proven reasonably unpopular...

This just showed up on the Kitbag.com site...same graphic artist did this as the other....i think this brings validity to the united kit.

I ain't wearing no shirt with no damn black V on the front. Just means this new home kit is a write off...not to see other future kits.

United Forever?, i dunno about that, the shirt could be pink and it would mean the same thing, Club > Fashion man, just get the kit!

The kit with the black V, is awful! Geez, if it were white I would think about buying but that one... no.
I bought the blue an red this season, and I'm waiting for the Giggsy white one. The way it's going I'll save some money next year.

I still believe in the white shirt with the lace!!!

Maybe, but I've already got 2 AIG shirts. I can wait 1 more year until there's a different name on the front.

Pop a V on an last year's kit. I'm not really bothered by the uniforms, but I'm not a fan at all.

I took it too paint, and zoomed in and ithere is a black trim on the "collar".

I think that this is hilarious personally. You could buy the old kit, and make these adjustments manually...

Re: 09/10 Manchester United new kit discussion

So they just brought back an updated template from 2006 which Mexico used. This year's kit and is way better. I'm guessing the away kit will have the same template. Probably black again.

Nice to see Tevez in the ad. So he stays.

Re: 09/10 Manchester United new kit discussion

Haha I actually don't mind it, that would be unique and an actually decent take on the old-school 1908 kit. Throwing a black V on the current kit, making us into Mexico circa 2009, and trying to pass that off as some sort of new innovation worth buying is an abomination.

This is about Mexico isn't it? It might not be an innovation in general but it's something we haven't had before so why not? At least there's no danger of the players hanging themselves with laces built into their shirts.

i remember these same discussions taking place when our current kit was leaking out in low-res pics. everyone hated it. do people still feel that way?

i find it hard to dismiss something purely on the fact that we only have leaked pics of it. wait for the real thing before deciding it is crap... at least that's what i think.
