Arsenal have revealed their new blue away shirt, as they are made by Nike, maybe other Nike shirts could be revealed soon, hopefully ours, I hate waiting till July haha.

First things first.... we need to get that AIG off the front. I got too many comments and bad looks last time I wore that to a Red Bulls game.

Course there were a few people who complimented me on having a Rooney jersey.

There are 2 ways that will happen. One is if AIG decide to fight United in the courts, and renege on paying the last instalment of the sponsorship deal. If AIG do not cough up, United will be after them faster than you can sneeze.

Another option would be for a new sponsor to hove into view who is paying more than AIG, and willing to start now. In which case, United may be willing to let the deal with AIG just go.

Either looks unlikely at the moment, unless there is something ultra-secret going on in the background.

People buy the United kit because it is United, not AIG. We just have to wear the logo because their money has helped United to a pretty darn good couple of seasons recently!

May not stop United from just dropping it.

If the new deal is significantly up on the last one, then the difference could be used to replace the shirts, maybe.

I am not saying these options are likely, just that they are options. The chances of them happening are there, but vanishingly small.
