Re: 2011/12 away kit Thanks guys. I decided (a few weeks ago when i placed the order actually ) that i wanted to get a Lucas long sleeve jersey. I was going to put patches as well but the patches "felt" out of place when i saw some pics with Gerrard, Kuyt and Suarez wearing the jersey. The colors of the patch did not compliment the silver itself so i decided to drop the idea of getting the patches.

Re: 2011/12 away kit I think there's a set color palette for LFC kits - white/red, yellow, gray/red white/Carlsberg green or black (or charcoal). And the white/pastel combination just exudes weakness. The all-red kit was chosen to make the players more intimidating, and scientists have found the color red to give teams a competitive edge. The white does the opposite.

Re: 2011/12 away kit I'd read this somewhere and also that teams in red had a winning record over other coloured teams (That's coloured shirts) Armed with this info I went to our kids club meeting (when I was coach) and it so happened we wore all red that season, went without a loss in the league to the State championships.......where we got destroyed. The home team were in red, we wore blue!!!
