new kits

What do the new kits look like? Could somebody post a picture? Thank you.

 

Ok, we've been through this 1000 times. Not to mention going through it 1000 times every off season. I'm not sure anyone even knows if there is a new kit. Mags put out pictures people havent seen and they flip out and come on here saying we have new kits. then at our first game they look like before. I dont think theres anything wrong with the ones we have and I hope they dont change for a long time.

 

Its in the adidas catologue.

they are changed, but not much.

Same blue, same thre white stipes down the arms.
-Different collar
-White Underarms.
-Im not sure if Kansas City will be written on it or not yet.

Im going to flip a coin and say that it will.

away kit stays the same.

The mess underarm stuff like the Adidas and Nike kits from the WC? I wish they wouldnt change, but I did look around yesterday and last years kits are on sale on most sites. So I guess it makes sense.

I dont think it will be mesh, but it might be.

I dont think theylle be making any new jerseys with the WC designs, because so many of t hem ripped.

Now where can i find a place online to buy that? someone got a link? i've been to MLSgear.com and it says the picture is coming soon. I dont want to go and buy it until i see the picture cause i've seen "authentic jerseys" before on internet sites that were not the real thing.

 

IMO I think whoever makes our kits or the person who gives the final ok should be shot. We have had one good looking jersey in 7 years.

Not for sure if they will put "KANSAS CITY" on the front, but I think they should or get a sponsor. Without it, they would look like training kits. Glad they stuck with the blue!!!

Not a great picture, but it appears to be just like the one that was posted before.

 

I like it, it isn't a major change. I don't mind small changes over time.

 

Maybe the front office is in the midst of a gradual logo change.

 

That thing is double layered like the Nats WC kits. I have the blue double layer one, I kinda like it. I'll be putting my order in shortly.

 

I noticed that as well...
The earlier shirt had the logo but no "Kansas City". I think in the end the real shirt will have both. Columbus is one of the other Adidas teams and their shirt looks goofy too. (No logo, funny font..) I get the feeling that the pics that are up on MLSgear.com are generic shirts that have been Photoshop-ed to look like the new jerseys.

 

Not in stock???

I went to buy the jersey at mlsgear.com and noticed it say they arent in stock and will be in stock on 12/1/02. This is obviously in the past, so I sent an email asking for clarification. I'll post any reply here for those looking to purchase the kit.

I have no idea whether it'll have the logo or not. But, I prefer it with the logo on it. IMHO, I think these KC uniforms (and last seasons too) are nice. It's good to see each team find their niche. I like DC United's two uniforms this season (the new Away uniform looks quite nice too).

I preferred the Quakes Arsenal uniform, but the new Man U version looks nice too. Rapids Inter jerseys look nice, but I would have rather seen them stay green and not add stripes. I like the Metros new uniforms, it's a definite improvement, but we have enough black already, they should have stuck with red. The Metros white away uniforms look horrid though. The Crew's new uniforms look nice, but I slightly prefer their old ones. I'm happy to see them wearing yellow though, as I like it more than actual gold. That said, the new Galaxy uniforms are tremendous upgrades over previous years.
