Is that how this works? The article states that this only effects players currently under contract, so we could bring in players on a free outside the dates, is that right? I am new to all this player acquisition stuff so I am just trying to figure all this out.
I wonder if that summer window (Aug. 15 to Sept. 15) is a misprint. Hard to imagine Germany, England, France etc. wouldn't be able to bring in new players until after their respective seasons had started.
FIFA is officially joining MLS in the conspiracy against the Burn. Old rules are changed or deleted just before they would have finally benefited the Burn. New rules in instated just in time to adversely effect the Burn.
