To be fair, Sene's arrest for incredibly bad driving and motor vehicle ownership decisions occurred about a week before the Revs traded Joseph.

Wow what an inflammatory thread title over some forgettable traffic violations.

This may pass as "crime" in France, but this is America where we hold our athletes to a higher standard of criminality.

More than anything, this speaks to me about the failure of the Revs organization to help their international players acclimate. He's been here months, they've not helped him get his license?

Am I the only one who read the thread title and immediately thought: "Why is he in Houston?"

What? I suppose you want New England to wipe his ass and to feed him as well?

He's a grown man and needs to responsibility..

What makes you think the Rev's FO could get that done? With or without using tarps?

That's a very naive view. Any business would be smart to help foreign employees who are moving into a new culture adapt into a new culture and environment where things can be very different than what they are used to.

Him driving like an idiot may be more his fault, but helping him navigate the process of getting his insurance, car licensed, drivers license, etc would be a good thing to do. Someone coming from a different culture might have trouble figuring out what needs to be done and navigating through all the bureaucracy in a foreign country.

Businesses do this type of thing all the time for their employees who are very smart and capable individuals.
