This is great news. Morrow is one of those players who has the leadership to get things done. I'm sure the backline will improve between now and next season.
I don't know. Steve is still struggling with his back/neck. Today he only coached, but that doesn't mean he will not play again. I think that the doctors are waiting to see how his neck responds to the shot he had this week.
He has mentioned that he and his family have enjoyed it here, but I have no idea if he would want to stay and/or what his career aspirations are.
If Steve continues his playing career in addition to coaching, are the Burn permitted to create a bit of cap space by shifting some of his salary from the player payroll to front office expenses?
You mean past this year? No idea. If you mean this year, then cap is not a problem, there is plenty of room left for a kreis fill in.
I hope Steve Morrow gets back on the field and sticks around as long as he likes. I see no reason to use that $$ - not at this point. HSG, you guys love to save money, feel free to save it here. No need to deviate from that form now.
