Wow! That stadium looks sweet! I haven't been following the Chicago stadium situation -- have they decided where to build yet? what is the timeframe?

Bridgeview, IL. About 12 mi SW of downtown Chicago. NW corner of 71st and Harlem. April 2006 is move in date. Bridgeview is paying for the entire stadium. Turner Contracting is building it. Shovels (honorary and real) should hit the dirt in November.

Thanks for the info, Fuego. That's great that they're going to break ground this November! So if Bridgeview is paying for the entire stadium, will the Fire be renting it from them? I thought the point of building soccer-specific stadiums was to allow the MLS teams to gain revenue from concessions, parking, etc. -- will this happen with the new stadium if Bridgeview owns it?
