I just checked soccer.com and didn't see them on the web yet, but the new home and away jerseys are available in the catalog, along with a host of Barca USA Tour 2003 merchandise. The home jersey kind of resembles the 2001-2002 jersey. The road jersey is again gold (no sash) with thin blue and red horizontal stripes. Don't think QPR, think a polo shirt. I believe both shirts have collars. Oddly, I didn't see any Beckham jerseys available on the Barca pages Tony
Soccernet/Kitbag Hey: Kitbag has shots of the new Barça shirts on their site: http://www.kitbag.com/stores/kitbag_4_5/football/product_browse.aspx?cid=121 The sale prices on the old ones aren't bad, even with the shipping from the UK.
I believe there has been some debate about this site, but everything I have ordered has tags and everything. www.ea545.com Tony
Re: Re: New Barca jerseys in Eurosport Catalog(R) why? i mean i know they can use their money more wisely, but who knows he may of ended up acclimating himself to the spanish style and possibly of done well...and if not at least he makes money for the club.
I don't know about the tags, but I can tell you that the Madrid shirt on that site is a total fake (the crown on the crest is totally bogus).
True. The fact that they only offer Euro XL is a tip-off as the Asian knockoff factories only make them in one size. A lot of the knockoffs are really well made. You can only tell the difference if you have an authentic shirt to compare it to. Apparently the Real shirt in question does not fall into that category.
not disagreeing with anything, but from my experience, the actual shirt received looks a LOT better than those photos. And yeah, you can argue the merits/karma of ordering from this site versus shelling out, what was it, $80+ (after shipping) for one of those cool retro-USA national team jerseys, or $70+ for an ill-fitting "replica" new Earthquakes jersey (altho on that one I blame Nike, not the Earthquakes, as Nike seems to be having a lot of problems with its shipment of new MLS jerseys). As Chris said, it appears that the RM jerseys don't fall into the well made category. Anyway, it wasn't my intention to start this whole debate, but rather to comment on how I dislike the new away jerseys. Tony
