Holy sh*t, those are horrible. Not for girls. And they look like Charlie Brown's Slovenia uniforms.

I'm pretty damn sure those arent the kits.

I guy at the werder board, Werderfanschulze, created those and uploaded them a few weeks back. Bild was skimming the website and mistook those for the shirts, given the excellent presentation of the graphic.

I'm not 100% sure, but i don't think those are the kits.

Lets hope it is not the real shirts. The Bild article is based on an upload at Twitter. ;)

I wish, those green and white pinstriped kits with PORTAS as a sponsor in the late 1980s looked a helluva lot better that this kit.

I hold out hope that the away kit and even kit will be better, and not just color variations of the same kit.

Wow...that's gonna take some getting used to.

Hoping for a nice away kit/third jersey.

I just posted in the transfers thread about an Oezil shirt. I haven't even seen the new Bremen shirts, and from reading these posts, I know for a fact that my Oezil shirt will be an away Germany shirt.

Did they forget that they have female fans? Probably.

I found some in the Werder.de forum which are absolutely great.

    Home
    Away
    Away II

    Event "Grün"
    Event "Grün-Weiß"
    Event "Grün-Orange"
    Event "Speckflagge"

I really like the Home as well as the Away jersey. But I honestly fell in love with the Event "Speckflagge" jersey. The "Speckflagge" is the official flag of Bremen and I adore how it was integrated to the shirt.

We could have had some of these instead of this fu**ing idiotic shirt they produced now. On the Werder board round about 50% rated the shirt as "inadequate" or "unsatisfactory". Another 25% rated the shirt as "fair".
These are the equivalents for the worst marks in German education: 4,5 and 6 with 1 being the best.

Wow. I'm ... I'm speachless. I'm looking for a BL team, and in so many ways Werder appeal to me. One of the major things that holds me back though is I'm not a fan of their kits generally. But whereas normall I may only slightly dislike them ... that home kit for this season is one of the most horrendous, horrible, awful, regretable kits I have ever seen. EVER. Absolutely terrible.

Not even joking, but who looked at these designs and said "gee, that looks great! let's make those!" It really is like they are trying to make the worst possible kit ... "what's the most hideous thing we can come up with?"

I held off liking them for three years because of their heinous shirts, but I gave in.

Really, Rustynation? I thought Kappa did a (generally) great job the last couple of seasons.

I don't mind wearing cantaloupe or teal, those particular shades of orange and green, but not on a football shirt.

Good question.....but I'm fairly certain that if there were different people that came up with the home and away kits we're seeing now, the guy that came up with the home kit feels a lot better now.

Holding out for a killer third kit, but liking the home kit more every day.

Fortunately, I'll have to watch most matches online...so I will only be able to make out major details.

It's freaking NIKE!!!! Come on guys.....this should seriously be cutting edge design! From what I've seen so far, I'd much prefer Addidas or Kappa. If the deal with Nike means we can keep Oezil, I'm cool with that too. That may be the one thing that could make these kits acceptable. Hell.....I'll for sure buy one if that happens.

I think the Werder 2008/09 Kappa whites (with the green stripe and the W across the chest) were amazing, and then both Nike jerseys end up sucking. Some of the previous Kappas were bad too (checkered orange and green anyone?).
