Sad: Feyenoord youth coach passed away at the age of 68

The youth coach of Feyenoord Academy passed away last weekend and was 68 years old. A day earlier, assistant coach John de Wolf also announced the death of Oost. The club shares the following compassionate words on its website. "Oost, who has been associated with Feyenoord Academy since 1992, was a passionate youth coach and a trainer pur sang with a clear vision of training. He was happy to share this vision with everyone. Feyenoord has submitted the selection for the competition phase of the Champions League to UEFA.
The A-list has one notable absentee: acquisition Plamen Andreev. Participating clubs are allowed to put 25 players, including at least two goalkeepers, on the A-list.
In addition, there is a B-list, which does not have a maximum number of players. The B-list includes players who have played for their club for at least two consecutive seasons between the ages of fifteen and 21. Feyenoord V1 has suffered a hard defeat on a visit to Chelsea. At Kingsmeadow, Jessica Torny's team lost with big numbers on Saturday afternoon: 9-0. Feyenoord knew they were going to have a tough job against Chelsea. The London team has been one of the absolute top teams in women's football for years, and is record champion and reigning title holder of the strong English FA Women's Superleague. Feyenoord have signed Emerson Pedro Vanga for one year. The eighteen-year-old defender was on trial after his transfer-free departure from Olympique Lyon.
Pedro Vanga, who played in L'OL's youth academy for six years, joins Feyenoord Under-21. His contract includes an option for another season. 'Feyenoord is also known in France for, among other things, its strong youth academy', said the Frenchman on the club site of the Rotterdammers. Quinten Timber succeeds Lutsharel Geertruida as Feyenoord captain, puzzle in midfield against Groningen
With four points already lost in the fresh season, there's little room for error at Feyenoord. In and against Groningen, coach Brian Priske, who chose Quinten Timber as captain, will have to make sure that the positions of defensive midfielder and right striker are filled properly. But the options are awfully thin.
Brian Priske didn't see the departure of Mats Wieffer and Yankuba Minteh being solved in the summer months.
With Ramiz Zerrouki as defensive midfielder and Calvin Stengs as right striker, the Danish coach repaired the departure of the two internationals in the first weeks of the season. But due to a suspension of Zerrouki and an injury for Stengs, the coach has to puzzle with his starting eleven in the Euroborg against FC Groningen.
"Does it cause problems? No problems, but challenges'', says Priske.
Especially since the Korean purchase Hwang In-beom is not yet there in Groningen.
