Now that he is officially at Cruzeiro he will get his own thread. Although I may just post mostly about him in the Brasil thread, he deserves his own thread too.

The other kid from Ecuador seems to have adjusted and developed well there.
So they are not afraid of giving kids a chance if they can show they belong and perform.

Only thing I am concerned about is if they view him as a RW and not as a 9.

I wish him well. He's a shithead but a talented one. That's something that's appreciated in Brazil and honestly, as long as he shows the same effort he showed in the U-20 team I'll support him even if I'd prefer someone a bit . He's excellent technically, physically and does know how to score goals. As long as he's played centrally I'll be happy.

Let's hope he tones it down a bit and focuses on learning and earning his spot.

That is another reason why I emphasize his playing with Sini.
Sini has from all indications been a very professional and mature player his whole career. Hopefully he is a good influence and helps Neyser adapt to his first professional gig outside of Colombia.

Each goal improves confidence. He is still young.

It is funny if Marino thought this move would help him get on the World Cup Roster. So far it is basically doing the opposite.

he didn't want this move he was butt hurt they didn't take Boca Juniors lower offer. Maybe that affected him but yea... was over rated. Nacional saved him from the MLS then his shit attitude ruined him. That with all of Colombian media drooling over him because he played at Nacional... haha now they are like Morelos at #9 at the WC :). Haha how long until they go Marlos Moreno back on the NT he can be Diaz back up. Maybe he starts scoring 1x a game and they will even be like fk it bench Diaz and James for him
