If anyone can lead me to a website that briefly or in-depth talks about the players of the USA Men's team from the 1950 World Cup that upsetted England 1-0, I'd appreciate it. I'm looking for some text that explains how the team was not a team full of foreign-born immigrants. If I remember correctly, there was only 3 foreign-born players on the team. I need verification though. :)

    Thank you in advance.

Looks like there were 6 foreign born guys on the roster, but only 3 played against England.

Also, if you can, get a copy of "The Game of Their Lives" by Geoffrey Douglas. You can probably find a copy on Amazon.com or EBay. It's only 146 pages but you can get pretty good information about the players and their lives, then and now.
