Brian Maisonneuve just got his 50th career win!

Next up: SMU or Marshall on 12/13. They play tomorrow afternoon.

I legit thought Maiz was about done at OSU, having only made the NCAA tourney once in 6 years.. not sure what happened, but congrats to him no matter what happens in the final four.

 

Redshirt junior Nathan Demian was an innocent bystander in an off-campus shooting last night.

Boy, that's the second tOSU athlete to have this happen in the past couple of years (Sammy Sasso of the wrestling team is another). Scary.

 

Nothing good ever happens after midnight.

 

Especially on Chit.

 

Haskell Garrett had a through and through his cheeks, breaking a few teeth.

 

Marshall beat OSU 1-0. OSU mostly had the better run of play. Marshall is tough though. Janjic the keeper was massive and even got the assist on the goal. Pannholzer up top for Marshall was a beast. All 5’8” of him. Very quick. Both goals he had this season have come in last three tournament games. Marshall vs Vermont in the final.

 

OSU soccer player Nathan Demian is out of the hospital after being shot earlier this month. He says he had three surgeries "and almost died".

 

Michael Adedokun has won the Mac Hermann Trophy.

It's the first for OSU and congrats to Michael.
