You might want to assign blame to Tivo. Or your provider? I have Directv. Tribune Media supplies the guide info. Never a problem with the guide populating with plenty of lead time.
NBC AND THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE WILL CONTINUE THE BEST MARRIAGE IN SPORTS MEDIA http://awfulannouncing.com/2015/nbc...ll-continue-the-best-marriage-in-sports-media
F1 races do bump EPL to CNBC a couple of times a year (for qualifying, F1 goes to CNBC). CNBC really is a perfect second sports channel, virtually all conflicts among NBCSN properties are when CNBC is showing infomercials, and it's a channel virtually everyone gets.
When you put it this way, doesn't seem likely... "I wish NBC Comcast and SlingTV DISH would become friends."
On Sunday, August 23, NBCSN has Formula One racing from 7:30 to 10 am. The listing for the early Sunday EPL match is on USA Network, not CNBC. (I had pondered that possibility of USA handling the EPL games bumped by auto racing in an earlier post made following the announcement of USA getting a Saturday 10 am "second choice" match).
Cool. The 2nd choice 10am match on USA last weekend didn't do all that bad in the ratings, could be a smart move by NBC establishing some weekend morning consistency.
Aston Villa-Manchester United drew 465k viewers on NBCSN https://t.co/2JK2au7MpZ— Jonathan Tannenwald (@thegoalkeeper) August 17, 2015 Rumblings that NBCSN's broadcast of Man City-Chelsea on Sunday broke the EPL U.S. cable viewership record. Not confirmed yet.— Jonathan Tannenwald (@thegoalkeeper) August 17, 2015 The cable record is 1.1 million for Man U-Man City 4/12/15 on NBCSN. Overall record is 1.41 million for Arsenal-Man U on NBC 11/22/14— Jonathan Tannenwald (@thegoalkeeper) August 17, 2015
Other than it not being Fox/Sky UK, does anyone know why NBCSN doesn't show FanZone, the way FSC did?
One thing I do not like is scanning NBC, NBCSN, USA network, CNBC and the Extratime channels to see where the games are on. Christ, that's too much effort.
If this isnt sarcasm, and i really hope it is, then you really need to go out and find an actual problem for yourself. Maybe nbc should only put the matches on 1 channel so as to make your life less difficult.
very bad coverage on extra live web channles last saturday...all games where shut down on second half...NBC as always apologize ,this happen very often,..vey bad streams.. 632576479394578432 is not a valid tweet id
Get yourself livesoccertv app and you will know channels for every game in every country. Easy solution.
Not much more to it than that. Oh that and FanZone isn't really even on Sky Sports anymore, though it pops up on their YouTube channel for some big matches. https://www.youtube.com/user/SkySportsOfficial/search?query=FanZone
It's been a really rough start to the season with their app. I'm a huge fan of NBC's coverage (as everyone knows) but that's been an off-and-on weakness the last year or so -- and a big problem the first couple weeks. App was clearly under-cooked this summer as the season started. They'll fix it.

Warning - the press release spoils some of the matches that took place this past weekend (Manchester City-Chelsea - Arsenal-Crystal Palace - Everton-Southampton - Liverpool-Bournemouth etc) so if you still have some matches to watch - don't click on the links above.
That was indeed sarcasm. I jumped for joy when they announced broadcasting every game. Hell, I still get giddy every weekend.
Live Extra feed is choppy for me. Bet they have a sh*t-ton of users right now, seems a bit 'oversubscribed'
Interesting update to the Android app. I can see the match in a small screen with stats just like th website now.
Could someone explain the Live Extra Full Match Replay deal? If I remember correctly, years past had them offer pretty much every game on replay at the website for a week after the match. Today there are only four games on offer from last weekend. I was hoping to watch the Everton-Swansea match at work today, but no dice. It isn't on replay. Did they change things? Or am I not correctly remembering what was going on last year?
That's all been a work in progress for them this season. In the iOS app, for the first few weeks of the season that's the only view we could get (small screen). Latest update solved that, can maximize out of stats view to full screen. App worked perfectly over the weekend - nice update.
