How many of the 32 coaches/managers in World Cup 2006 have continously coached that team from World Cup 2006 until now?

van basten will be leaving to ajax and bert van marwijk is taking over.

also, for mexico, hugo sanchez coached after lavolpe, and after him was jesus ramirez (interim) and then eriksson.
