Brown starts against Freiburg, potentially for the last time with Marmoush. No Chandler.

Brown starts against Dortmund. Ryerson also starts; Chandler, Reyna, and Campbell on the benches.

    There's also this -

But who knows if it's related to Brown, or even a real thing at all.

It'd have to be Brown or Stuttgart's Anri Chase.

Downs and Castenada are in BL2 and Koleosho is in the Championship, so it can't be them.

Who else - OK how many others - am I missing?

Downs has 1.Bundesliga experience, but he won't require a one-time switch.

You're right, it could be Downs.

The exact phrasing is "a player for the senior team who has top flight experience".

It leaves the season he got that experience open and that puts Downs onto the list.

Could this be the start of bringing a few more with him? Seems it's easier when it's a few groups like the bunch who came when Klinsmann was coach.

Interestingly, it was Bob Bradley who brought in Williams, Chandler & Boyd (already entrenched with US youth before JK brought him into the US senior team). Klinsmann brought in Fabian, JAB & Morales, though he can be credited with getting Chandler to fully commit.

Half time and Brown with a nice assist in the first half. I sure hope its true he makes the switch to the USA. Kid oozes talent.

He at a different level compared to the other fullbacks outside Jedi/Dest. Jedi will be the starter but Brown can challenge him.

Would absolutely be close to that Dest/Jedi level. I think you could even put him in front of Jedi on the left. Have him play left midfield/left wing. And moved Pulisic centrally or on the right.

I think I'd have to see way more over a period of time to make that bold of a statement.
