Did the teams from the old NASL play competitive matches or friendlies against Mexican League teams? If so, with what sorts of results?

Just from eyeballing the list-- so I could be wrong-- Mexican club sides won 10 games, NASL sides nine, with six draws. A vast majority of the games came before 1977, however. There were also friendlies against El Tri, and I didn't count those in the tally. FWIW, El Tri won once, the other was a draw. Hope that helps! Cheers, William
