Juan Jesus will not have his two year option exercised. May go to Brasil this window, otherwise free agent this summer. Anguissa renewal being negotiated, but if it doesn't go down, they will exercise his option to 2027. In midfield Jacopo Fazzini from Lazio, if not, then Richard Rios from Palmeiras. Pellegrini may be inbound from Roma. Inter and Arsenal also in the running. Salary is an issue, we think he's overpaid. Chiesa targeted by both Napoli (to replace Ngonge) and Atalanta. England is an awful place for Italians, but both teams would need him to reduce his salary, he's reportedly on 7.5m at Liverpool to sit on the bench. Backup is Danilo, Juve sounds ready to show him the door "for the good of everyone."
Pellegrini offer expected after the Rome derby tomorrow. Folorunsho to Fiorentina possibility finalized tomorrow, loan with 8-9m redemption. Medicals as soon as tomorrow. Caprile to be benched today, headed to Cagliari Monday. Scuffet headed the other direction.
I guess as a linking midfielder. I thought they had decided against Pellegrini, and they were going to groom Raspadori for it. I guess it is one path or the other. If they have a deal with Pellegrini maybe they think it makes them better enough to take the league this season instead of waiting for Jack to grow into the role. It sounds like Chiesa is hot to go to Napoli. His agent and Liverpool agreed in a meeting that he needs a change of scenery, and immediately went to Napoli (not clear if this means he traveled to Napoli or just called them up), but they want to send him either on a dry loan or loan with a 13m redemption. Apparently Spalletti is recommending Chiesa to get him back in Serie A. Osimhen may be on the way to ManU, but clubs are far apart on terms.
Per Niccolò Schira, center back Daniele Ghilardi is inbound from Verona. Loan to stay at Verona until the end of the season, 5 year deal. 🚨 Excl. - Daniele #Ghilardi is getting closer to #Napoli from #Verona. Ready 5-years contract. He will stay at Verona on loan until the end of the season. #transfers https://t.co/P9hhUCtANY— Nicolò Schira (@NicoSchira) January 5, 2025
He doesn’t want to come to Napoli because he fears competition. He also full of hate for juve so he will probably end up at inter or Milan to a starter.
Niccolò Schira is confirming the move of Caprile to Cagliari, Caprile signs an extension through 2029, and is loaned to Cagliari with an 8m redemption obligation. Simone Scuffet is also being loaned to Napoli, no terms mentioned.
Jonathan David hasn't renewed his contract, expected to wait out the season and then go on a free to his favorite Premier League or Serie A team. No real connection to Napoli, but I think he would be a good addition. Chelsea's Veiga apparently had interest from Napoli per Fabrizio but he's supposedly now offered to Juve with loan terms. Osimhen has refused a transfer to Manchester United. Supposedly we have a 13m+bonuses bid in with Empoli for Fazzini to replace Folorunsho.
Zerbin is set to go on loan to Venezia. Mandatory redemption if they stay up. Napoli and Bologna will meet tomorrow to discuss Ngonge. Napoli is asking for 18m eur. Bologna wants a loan with right of redemption. Pellegrini deal scuttled. Fazzini apparently prefers to go to Lazio.
Fazzini is also an under cover autistic as well. Manna is going after his next gen jewels… we are getting Hasa from lecce Italian of Albanian origins.
Conte has asked to keep Raspadori, Spinazzola and Juan Jesus. Consequently the Biraghi track is now done. It's said that Casadei has the admiration of one of Conte's assistants. Folorunsho now planning to head to Florence for medicals on Friday, terms remain about the same. Verona supposedly made a last minute shot to bring him back. Rafa Marin is being shopped to Como and Villarreal. Empoli and Napoli supposedly had a firm agreement on terms to loan Fazinni, but the player has made some sort of commitment to Lazio already, in part because he expects to get more playing time. Alternatives seem to be Cristante and alumni Eljif Elmas. Ngonge has a few interested parties in Serie A, but Lazio has passed. Hasa will be loaned. The ususal suspect is involved but not certain.
Please please please. The office has wasted countless months trying to keep a player who is a shadow of himself. Conte is said to be on board with letting him go, which is a damning statement if I ever heard one. Alternative is Chiesa (again). Apparently Skriniar wants to come back to Italy, so PSG wants to do an exchange. Napoli has said no because of a difference in valuation and salary expectations. Danish national Philip Billing said to be headed here from Bournemouth, alternative for Folurunsho and Casadei. Known for tallness and not playing much in the EPL this season. Fazzini may still be live. Empoli can't come to terms with Lazio, president regards their offer as an insult.
Chaos. If these players really want psg we should just let them go for that reason alone, it shows lack of ambition imo. And Napoli getting Billing is a joke, there is no way Conte asked for him.
Rafa Marin seems to be going on loan to Villarreal. He wants to return to Napoli in the summer and play his way into the squad. PSG's apparently ready to pay the 80m for Kvara. Now there's a bid by Liverpool. Kvara leaving is putting lots of money on the table. Zhegrova, Chiesa, Frattesi, Pellegrini all options, but Pellegrini the major one. Napoli want Chiesa on loan, but for some reason that can't happen until the end of the month. Danilo is working to terminate his contract with Juve. After that he would sign an 18 month contract with Napoli. A loan of Skriniar is on the table.
Honestly, as much as I loved Kvara at first, now I want him to go. He is the typical lucky kid with a knowitall family manager who has polluted both the kid and everything around him. One good season and they act like Gods, forgetting in an instant that if Napoli did not pick them up they would still be sucking dick in Russia now, most probably. He is by no means irreplaceable, which is plainly visible by us playing better without him. If we can get good money for him, let him and his goodfornothing agent go.
