Whether he stays or goes he will give 100% to his team. Everyone has their moments but unless he's sorely provoked he doesn't usually lose his professionalism.
We want Billy Gilmore? https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/ce58re122epo A lot of mixed reports re PSG/Osi. Deal could be off.
Napoli’s official X account has released a statement declaring that we are no longer pursuing Hermoso and that the stories being published by Tuttosport are false.

*Lindstrom to Everton apparently on a 25m loan with right of redemption, I'm a little unclear on whether the 25m is the loan fee or the purchase fee. *Fiorentina wants to take Cajuste on loan. *Inbound possibly Gilmour from BHA (8-12m) and Brescianini from Frosinone, dependent on the Cajuste exit (and Ostigard but he's gone)
Brescianini was one of the surprises of Serie A last season. Good b2b qualities and has a canon in his left foot. It’s not a surprise that both Conte and Gasperini want him.
La Repubblica is floating Chiesa for Raspadori. This also made the rounds on Tuttosport a couple weeks ago. I love Jack but you should definitely do that. === Looks like Gollini will go to Monza. === David Neres may be inbound on loan from Benfica, looks like this deal is paired with the Lindstrom move.
Folorunsho is extended to 2029 at 1.2m per year plus bonuses. Cheddira will apparently stay with Simeone's departing. He was on a sell list a few weeks ago. Breschianini deal seems to be imminent. 12m eur transfer fee. Offer of 10m for Gilmour was rejected. The white is really good:
No agreements yet between PSG and Napoli. Napoli want them to pay the release clause, PSG are not budging on their 100 million offer. Fabrizio Romano is saying that Napoli will try once again to see if they can strike a deal with one of the prem clubs
At this point the obvious and moveable alternatives are starting to become unavailable. If they want a striker this season, PSG has to take Osimhen.
🚨🔵 Napoli keep looking for solutions for Victor Osimhen as they want to bring in Romelu Lukaku as soon as possible.Understand Napoli could also be open to discussing Osimhen as part of Lukaku talks with Chelsea.Osimhen said yes to PSG, but deal in stand-by between clubs. pic.twitter.com/59nusWEaOL— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) July 29, 2024
Apparently there's discussion of Osimhen going to Chelsea on something structured as a loan. Lukaku would come back and sign with Napoli directly. Osimhen's agent is furious of course. Sounds like PSG has no money, they need to sell some players and they're only offering 80m which is an insult to everyone involved. If I were Calenda, I'd start there.
We "paid" "€70 million, plus up to €10 million in bonuses" for him, yes? [of which "20 million" was four players with a combined estimated value of "around 1 million"] 80m was never ever going to happen.
