We are literally unable to produce more than one shot goal in 45 minutes. What worries me the most is that Conte days it is actually a marvel that we can produce 2 shots at goal in 90 minutes against a team that mostly does not even try to get a draw.

I think they were ready and willing to let us score 5 goals or more from the first minute, and then realized we would not be able to do that even if they all stood still...

Sounds to me like he's still focused on the future here and admitting he's still learning, which isn't always easy for a manager of his age and experience.

 

he is learning because Conte hasn't had this weak of a squad since he was in Serie B, we should be thankful he got us in top 10, given the season he took over.

We have 5 players stood in the back as rest defence thats why.
There arent even any opponents for them to mark because torino put everyone in defence.

Effectively we are 5 vs 10 in attack, meaning the ball will most likely find its way to a free(ish) politano who then will have to become the difference maker for Napoli.
Thats why we're not creating any real chances. Its a question of investing players in attack, and we know Conte won't do that. Ultimately, we will lose the win or the 3 points will go down to the wire.
It has been like this for majority of the season

It was almost looking good, but glad to see that conte decided to be true to his reputation.
