Is it okay that both Lozano and politano haven't done much for 3 matches straight while ounas doesn't get a minute of play? I think he is better, especially when opponents sit deep
Three big disappointments this season. Lozano has been horrendous and does bot track back much. Elmas presses well but his passing is poor. Zielinski has been poor.
I fear zielinski doesn't suit the system. Actually he's been terrible for poland as well, lost his spot if I'm not mistaken
Very good performance. But Zielinski is simply poor. His confidence is low and he is not doing well. Lozano is overrated. Elmas did better in second half. But all three are the big disappointments.
I think zielinski is being told to play with less risk and work harder... He is adapting. Lozano works hard at least. Ounas has a higher potential than both politano and lozano, he is better than them at everything... He is even faster, which is crazy
Agree with most. But if you look at press, Lozano does it however he often does not dome back when we lose the ball. Compare that to Insigne. And even press forward Anguissa often takes Lozana’s side. He needs to do more.
I think it is no use to judge things game after game, at least not so harshly. I remember times when Insigne put in nothing and Lozano decided the games by himself. Even yesterday, he was conducive to the first goal, and though Fabian maybe deserves more credit, the first goal is the most important one. I just hope that Lozano will get even better and Politano stays strong, so that we will have two extremely capable players in one position.
Insigne scored 2 penalties after missing 3 out of 5. Now I am beginning to understand why people have no idea what happened in the recent history. They can't even go back a year.
Goalie guessed right both times, but Insigne put both in a spot, and at a pace, where they were very difficult to stop. He simply had not done that with some previous misses. His last miss against Torino was a pass to Savic, and the one against Venezia was his best Baggio imitation.
Sts he needs to be more pragmatic and less of a dreamer, like that attempt to lob the goalkeeper in the last game, and he wasn't even close. A well-aimed shot with enough power would have been a goal, and it should have been, but rather it was a simple job for the defender because he couldn't even lob that mofo. Luckily we did win, but moments like that can be decisive in games. With penalties it is difficult, even Veretout who scored 13 out of 13 before Juve missed the 14th most important penalty there, and it was very similar to Insigne: no precision, no power, goalkeeper guessed.
