The striker of Velez Sarsfield, Roberto Nanni, actual topscorer of the Argentinian Torneo Clausura could play next season in Italian football if the interest of Bologna or Perugia is accepted by the club from Liniers. The most interested party is Perugia that said that Nanni "is priority number one" when the transfer window opens. According to what was said by the board members of Velez Sarsfield before the begining of the actual championship, the striker costs 3 million Dollars, has a EU passport and that would make his arrival to the Italian league easier. Nanni has had interest since some time ago from the president of Perugia, Luciano Gaucci, and the president of Bologna, Renato Cipollini, is in Argentina negotiating with the agent Jorge Cyterszpiler, who is also watching other players in action. Cipollini is looking for a player for replacing Julio Cruz in case that he is transferred to Roma. Besides all what is said about Nanni, a board member who didn't want to reveal his name said: "I find it very difficult to sell Nanni if the interested club doesn't make a real good offer. If our president, Raul Gamez, said in January that Nanni costs 3 million Dollars and now the player is scoring many goals it's very possible that that ammount gone up and that he will want more money for the player."
