    To be fair to Nancy, she called Dubya out on stem cell research the day he put the kibosh on it. The fact that Dubya and his decision are the fruits of seeds sown by her own husband - and that they're now causing her pain - is delicious irony.

    Maybe it's just me, but I find this sentence to be the most demented thing I've read on Bigsoccer.

    Like the Reagans', Dubya will change his mind when someone close has medical problems along these lines too. Hang on, thinking about it......

    My dad used to be a hard core conservative, and in his old age he certainly softened on things such as health care...though I don't know how he feels about stem cell research.

    Point? Well, I hope that people don't revel in his suffering because of things he used to believe.
