Just leave the name blank because DC doesn't have representation.

Sort of like most of the former mayors governing ability (blank stares)

I would probably name it former toxic waste dump, turned into US Capitol Police K9 kennel/US Park Police Anacostia station and hangar, and now future site of the most cancer cases in a soccer stadium. Trust me, I know because of the ground sample studies they did a few years back and the numerous cancer cases it caused amongst my fellow workers.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere near that place.

Seriously, though, perhaps we should go for a theme that is more DC-relevant and would guarantee full funding.

How about Agricultural Subsidy Field at Defense Contractor Stadium, on Earmark Point. It would get built.
