The players that play here for nothing need our money and support not the rich from Europe.I'm a US soccer fan and I won't support outside teams.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Actually, it seems that from the various articles on the subject, it's Chaniglia, Stillitano and very likely Pinton who want to start a league-less barnstorming New York Cosmos.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Pele, on the other hand, seems to want to run an expansion MLS club called the New York Cosmos (and if he succeeds, then IMO more power to him).

If only MLS could make a deal with him to start a high profile soccer team in a market without and MLS team..Atlanta, Houston.
Besides the fact that Pele played for the NY Cosmos, what other reasons does he have for putting a team there?

Exactly. I'm all for a new expansion MLS team named Cosmos, but I'm totally against Champions World, Chaniglia and the idea of a "Harlem Globetrotters" (Ajax65's name) concept of the Cosmos.
