Nice win for Drake--Missouri State will have to sweat it out to see if the Bears can make the field of 48.

Just got back from the matches. Creighton dominated, and won 4-0. We beat Drake 1-0 on an absolute cracker of a goal, by Cromick (I think). BU v. Creighton Sunday @ 1 at Shea Stadium in Peoria.

Vandy should be ashamed of the way the played...totally classless from minute two on...Three reds wasn't enough.

Bradley/Drake was a nice game to watch...wide open with each team having several chances. Chromik's goal was a superb left-footed strike.

Chris Dunsheath has to be one of the top shot stoppers in the country.

Jesse Baker nearly put Drake up 1-0 early when he hit the post and saw the ball carry across the goal mouth.

    Well played both sides.

Bradley/Creighton Sunday at 1 pm on FSN Midwest

Vandi played the same way at Creighton. If it hadnt been for a inept ref they would have ended up with more than the lone red and a few yellows that they got in that one.

Creighton takes the MVC automatic bid with a 2-0 victory over Bradley in Peoria. Mike Kraus and Ryan Junge scored the Bluejays' goals five minutes apart mid-way thru the first half. A fantastic result for the Jays, they seem to be peaking at the right time as usual. 12-4-3 probably isn't good enough for a first round bye but they will definitely host a first round match in Omaha.

Well done Creighton - two cracking goals and a well executed game plan. Totally frustrated everything Bradley had been doing the past eight matches.

Very windy in Peoria (30-40 mph winds) which didn't affect Creighton's style as much as it did Bradley's - that said - Creighton owned posession save the first 5-7 minutes when they had to save a ball on the line.

Creighton was much better today...good luck in the NCAA tournament and here's hoping BU joins them

Props to Creighton, they played well and for most of the second half it seemed like they were the team down two goals, they kept pressing. I'm disgusted in the match from BU's prospective. They had no heart and it seemed like they didn't want to be there. Hopefully we already had a bid for the tourney sewn up because that disgrace of a performance didn't help at all. Total fukin sh!t.
