It's a shame. From what I saw he has a hell of a lot of potential. But hey, Wenger has let real potential go in the past (Sidwell...)

Yes, but Sidwell wanted out as well because he wanted first team football, which at the time he was not going to get because of Vieira, Edu, Gilberto, Parlour, and Van Bronkhorst. Not so sure you can blame Wenger for "letting real potential go" under those circumstances.

Sidwell is a good player, and one with real energy and enthusiasm, but he just isn't quite good enough for the top top level. That showed when we played them, and I suspect he'll go to a mid table club.
Muamba might make it to the big time, but he certainly isn't at the level where he can get games for us at the moment. Hey, maybe we've got a buy back clause for 2 years time

good for him. He is very very promising and is good for his age, but he was never really gonna play with the amt of midfielders arsenal have.

I think if Muamba hung around a while he would get his chance, honestly I couldn't see Song being ahead of him for that long. Song proved that he plays well without the pressure of being at a big club, and that sort of tells me he will never flourish at Arsenal.

Im not too fussed about Song or Muamba if I am honest.

they can both be replaced with 2 million...

    skizz i kinda agree

but muamba isnt arsenal potential imo

hes a strong tackler and very powerful with alot of energy but his passing is atrocious

hes not on denilson or diabys level at all and i doubt he will be

but hes a good signing for us
