I definitely agree she needs to be getting caps this coming year. You were off on a couple of things though. Goteberg leading scorer (Marta plays for Tyreso, along with Seger, Boquette, etc) She was only 2nd in the league when they went on Olympics break. Anja Mittag was ahead. I am pretty certain that the league didn't play games during the Olympics, so her warming the bench did not lose her any chances at the title.
Be a bit more patient. My gut tells me that she may outperform Leroux for that second spot at starting forward in the near future. The next Algarve Cup will be a huge change for everyone.
The battle between Press and Leroux for a roster spot's going to be interesting. I suspect Press has probably improved more with Goteborg than Leroux with the USWNT. (I think Morgan's the only forward who has managed to recently parlay USWNT time into a ridiculous improvement.) That being said, assuming the new coach isn't Riley , there might be a chance that both get picked and a diff. forward on the outs.
leroux - right back. makes sense if she can play it. press and hagen have great potential. they need to be tried out to see if they can cut it.

yes, there's a good chance of this, there's a good chance leroux will be groomed to be outside back, she's a very good defender and could be great getting forward. She's not better than Dunn or Krieger (as of now) but would be a great asset if she could play numerous positions....also, one never knows with injuries..

I really dont see Sermanni wasting Press. Maybe he'll use 3 forwards or go with Morgan on top of a triangle with Wambach and Press. Press seems to do well in that type of offense for her club.
