When you consider that the NT is made up of mostly Porto players that Mourinho has coached to be CL or EUFA Champs, it would seem to be a logical choice if the opportunity were to present itself? Ferreira, Carvalho, Andrade, Valente, Mendes, Costinha, Tiago, Maniche, Deco, Postiga are all players that have played for Mourinho. If there's one coach that could get the most out of these players, it would be Mourinho.
i always wanted Mourinho as our NT manager, i don't care if it would be a part time job as Chelsea and Portugal manager at the same time, but we need to have him as our manager

in away I'm happy its only me, I can always have somebody starter a thread if I need to do it, I think we should starter one for today's portuguese cup, because nobody reading the old thread. I'm just guessing but they know how many portuguese posters we got, so for some reason they don't want to give me a yellow card and get everybody upset, so they just lock me in again, until somebody get's to me I'm just persuming

i agree with this. mourinho would be the excellent addition to this team but there's no sense in discussing a low probability for the future when we have the team that we do NOW. no excuses, this team should be performing at a much higher level than it did on saturday.
don't worry I can fight my battles, I just don't want anybody else to get in trouble, like always I'm innocent let it cool off for awhile they will apoligize later

i will be getting to learn a little about you guys over the next while but here's a bit about me: born in the azores but lived most of my life in canada. i have been following our NT for a long time and it is the only team i support in the world. i have meet and chatted with pauleta a few times (when i go back for holidays) as he is friends with my cousin. very nice guy! anyhow, in my opinion, our historical problems with our team lies in a combination of poor coaching tactics, lack of discipline (overconfidence), and the stiker position. sometimes it's just one of those things (usually poor finishing) but saturday was all three. very pathetic!
Canadian Invasion... You have to admit Canadians have added tremendously to this forum... Sao Miguel is a beautiful place. My wife is from there. We will be looking for Mr. Pauleta next time we are there.
agree 110%, these players will achieve a higher level of playing if they have a coach that their comfortable with. a good choice we will have to see.
