Morelia has been one of the best clubs all season long but one thing that worries me about them is that they have Choked in the past, remeber when they lost both the TFC Champions Cup and League final !!! Hopefully Romano has learned his lesson as this time they will have another opportunity to win a Double.
I like both teams style of play but something tells me that Monterrey will win it all. They played better in away liguilla games than Morelia did.

Re: Morelia pregunta founded back in 24 under the name Oro. it was in the late 40s when they changed the name to Morelia. They really dont have much history so to speak. They havent been known to win. they were in the 1st division for a while bck in the 60s and then was relegated. During the 80s, they were a decent team. In the 90s, well they were relegated. and then won promotion. THey are good right now because around 1996 or so, TV Azteca bought sahres of the club and became majority shareholder of the club. THey are one of the richer clubs in Mexico now. They have a lot of nice facilities. TV Azteca got a hell of a deal. They bought a team with a large fan base and at the time a fairly new stadium. I see TV Aztca buying out the other shareholders in the near future They have only one won leage title in thier history and that was in 2000. Their stadium is nice. built in 1990. Morelia is a great city. Very cultural type city. great architecture.
