I caught the game off and on and saw at least three headers that could have been placed much better. La cagaron.
Not a good game by the fowards but it might had to do with la baja de Sebastian Fernandez a couple of days ago.It looks like Romero is getting the captain role,he was good on some headers but he shouldn't of had taken the penalty shot.Aldo was a beast,he does great passing and ball control,he and Tiago control the middle nicely.Ever had quickness but he didn't get many touches. Overall the team played well,but the savior Ochoa was great as always.America ruined the flow of the game, after they score they would pause on every chance they got.Cabanas gave them a little spark but the better team out there was Morelia.
Well guys, I am officially a Morelia fan...since Aldo is on your team, your middle is great, your defense is okay, but the forwards need a natural born striker, without one, nothing is going in the net when there are goalies like Ochoa ..regardless, I see good things for Morelia..keep up the transfers!
Yea Ochoa was simply amazing but how many of the efforts on goal were made by the forwards? I think about one all the shots that put Memo to work were from the mid-fielders had it not been for Memo Morelia probably would have won but the weakness in the Striker department is so obvious.
They should have been giving Ever Guzman regular playing time after the U-17 WC in Peru. He has good finishing ability. Or at least he did before Morelia stunted his development.
We know, I mean he has his moments, but the guy is inconsistent, has a crappy temper, and is prone to injuries. And hugo calls him para el Tri. ..
I don't think he sucks but you are right he is inconsistent. He is still fairly young but he needs to show more if he want to continue to get a look at from La Selección.
What has happened to Landin? Tonight he looked lazy & confused out their, and his first touch was horrible.
here Morelia and Atlante want Gabriel Rey..... remember he was a good player when he was at Moriela and did well for the NT... but think it was all JPA taking all the defenders and leaving Rey alone haha think all colombians will jump the pachuca ship if u guys get Rey tho haha
