I don't mind having young players on the squad. In fact I think it's a great thing to have and be known for rather than big teams who spend millions on players and can't produce their own.
It's not a bad idea, but how much talent do we have down there? It's not like we have the Ajax youth system that just churns out talent (wow, that really hurt me to say that ). EDIT: Did you change your name back? Or am I going crazy?
