didn't know where else to post this but since this newspaper i'm working for is in jersey, i need YOUR HELP.
i was offered a position to start writing about soccer, which i initially thought would focus on MLS the global leagues, etc...kind of like jeff rusnak's column down in atlanta.
but now the punk a$$ editor at my newspaper (soccer-biased punk a$$ i might add) won't budge and wants me to cover local adult soccer leagues in the somerset, middlesex, hunterdon and/or union county area of NJ.
any one have info on this ish???????

i'm still going to fight my way into covering anything and everything about the beautiful world of SOCCER, dammit. there is no fucqing anything written about it in this part of the state, man.

but hey gotta start out somewhere, so hook me up my bigsoccer brothers and sisters and grandmas and aunts...

    try these, they might help

follow up on these leads, they might help...

by the way, if your editor was smart, you guys should do a survey of your readers, to see what they want to read in terms of soccer coverage...they might be interested in national teams, MLS, or just local college, or adult leagues, maybe even high school soccer...

    anyways, check these out.

Anyone who would want coverage of a local adult pick up league with 40 year old out-of-shape soocer dads instead of USMNT or MLS is the anti-christ.
