    "ZURICH, April 15 (Reuters) - Azerbaijan's soccer federation has been suspended until further notice by world soccer's governing body FIFA, threatening the country's involvement in the Euro 2004 qualifying competition."

    FIFA didn't like the fact that the Azerbaijani government was interfering with the national soccer association.

    Also not good news for Wales, because they beat Azerbaijan twice and these results would be thrown out. However, good news for Serbia-Montenegro because they tied Azerbaijan 2-2.
