Thanks to all who helped with the CD cover translation.
Well, what can I say?
Great match, by both.
But I really have to shine the light on the Monterrey Defence in the 2nd half.
Mier, Meza, Osorio, Perez, Duilio, Basanta and Jonathan "Holy-shit-that-was-close" Orozco.
Santana really gave his 110% today, and Ayovi played better than he has in a long time.
Suazo took alot of abuse in this match, and you gotta give 'im props for taking it all up, ending with his collapse at the end.
Martinez was lacking, as he has been for a while. The Paraguayan seems to be in over his head as of late. So I just wish him the best...
RSL, you've been great hosts and even better rivals.
Looking forward to more MLS-FMF matches and events.
And hopefully a rematch once we've got our new stadium done, eh?
(Emphasis on the FMF because, well, that's what it's called.)
Piporro is Eulalio Gonzalez (referenced above) it's his "greatest hits." Also, it's Saturday Guadalajara bc distrito federal is crossed out. enhorabuena a los rayados.
So is the gold star for the CONCAChampions victory?

Let us hpe 2 have a nice week and make it to liguilla its in oure hands, remember
One step @ the time
Yikes. You need to calm down. I know the loss hurt, but c'mon guy. I was saying the difference between the two is that the Mexican league has lots of players of a very high quality while MLS doesn't. You can't argue that. Is MLS a good league? Yes. Do we have classy players? Yes. A lot of them? No. World class? No.
There was no vitriol. I was saying both sides played well and showed their class. RSL is an excellent team right now. I'm sorry that didn't come across.
Seattle at El Tec tonight. The depth between an MLS squad and an MFL squad will vastly be shown tonight. Depending on who does or does NOT travel with Seattle, this could be a nightmare match for them. We shall see.
Mexican teams are being shown massive disrespect by MLS sides in this edition of the tourney.
Hopefully Mexican teams learn from this and stop thinking that they can just turn it on in the second half and always win. They should try to beat teams in the first half rather than playing 20% of their level in the first half.
You're kidding me right? Didn't watch the whole game but did you guys use all of your starters?
mostly, yup. THAT is the crazy thing about the whole shame.
Not only did Monterrey use most of their starters but Seattle only used four of theirs!

Indeed, compadre. Indeed.
Hope to see Monterrey to their full potential for el Claisco regio!
You guys have a good team, but too many "egos"..
took care of seattle easily. pure class for booing when orozco went down. o well guess they couldnt capitalize on open header.
on to el clasico!!
Especially since it happened on a dirty play by Montero. Seattle is one dirty team.
Good win, although to be honest I really could care less about this tournament. This Saturday is what really matters....
I will be in enemy territory to see us win
nice did u buy from la taquilla? i heard ticketmaster once again had no tickets online.
Good game guys! Was expecting nothing less than a win from rayados!
Now back to the real tourney!
Good luck against my Tigres! You will need it!
My dad got them at work. He refuses to go to the stadium so I went with a couple of friends who have abonos. Very disgraceful game though, on both sides.
Leg one, tonight. You know what time it is!
Yep, I'll be watching this tonight instead of MLS games. This should be a great final series.
