Well, since it mentions in the article that there needs to be some action from the state legislature at their next meeting in November, I guess that fits closer to '90-120'.
Me too. The first paragraph has this gem '...... So far, the league’s season has been pretty much of a mess.....' Now I've been watching MLS since 1996 so I'm bias but I think 2012 has been the best to date. Quality of play, competitiveness of matches, skill level, surprise teams, 90+ minute equalizers/game winners, incoming talent, reduction of diving, TV product of NBC Sports Network etc ..... I can't for the life of me see how any fan - let alone a soccer writer - conclude that this season has been a 'mess'. Unless ofcourse he doesn't watch!!
I think it's pretty obvious from his articles that he's NOT a fan of the league. And he probably considers EVERY season to be "pretty much of a mess".... it's okay though, who cares what he has to say, there are plenty of sane/rational/intelligent people writing about US soccer these days.
