Santi and Acevedo are ready for prime time. There was a play by Santi that if he would have finished (insert Antonio Banderas gif) around minute 52. Marcelo could have been brought up around the 75th but at least he is locked up.
Marcelo Flores is definitely one that Mexico will want to cap tie before England or Canada can because he's still eligible to play for either of those countries
Marcelo isn’t locked yet. He would need to play an official game so hopefully Tata calls him up for the next round of qualifiers
What does Mexico have to do with it? He's never played a minute in Mexican football. He's youth career was all in Canada and then England with Ipswich and Arsenal. It's EPL clubs who haven't bulked him up.
Might I just add that bulking up doesn't mean that you automatically make it. There's plenty of players that are small and have great careers. This whole bulk up argument is no bueno. It's either you're tough or you're not.
Ehhhh I don't think he is there yet if that's the case. He definitely has the talent for his age but need to see a little bit more. He also needs to put on some muscle as well

I kept hearing this, even from the commentators, but I'm pretty sure Arsenal have him in that direction. They have a good idea at assessing where he's at and what he needs to do since the EPL is a league where strength is needed.
