Mods are being over-zealous in closing all threads about refereing at the moment!

    Common mods! At the moment people want to talk about these two severely botched calls, how it is disgracing the world cup and what should be done about it! Don't keep closing the threads and telling people to go argue elsewhere... It is a VERY relevant topic for this world cup. let us have a thread here to discuss it.

    The threads that have been closed are because they are duplicates of threads elsewhere, not to stifle discussion.

    Where threads have been closed, a link to the existing thread has been provided to facilitate discussion.
