So says the guy who had spent literally hours and typed thousands of words arguing with the unarguable pontificating hobo. That thread should be sub titled with a warning to all who enter. Here there be Dragons.
No details but: https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/305671-mohamed-salah-contract-liverpool-fc
Best news of the summer so far. Salah and Firmino signed up for 5 years at increased wages. Mane next. After Coutinho left, this is a huge statement from the club and Mo Salah. Liverpool is the place for world class players to achieve all their dreams.
right on suss. the new contract includes no release clause according to the guardian. No financial details have been announced about the forward’s new deal but he is expected to have doubled his wage to around £200,000-a-week. The absence of a release clause ensures Liverpool are in a strong position should a rival suitor, such as Real Madrid, step up their interest in Salah in the future.
Stats prove this Liverpool star is back to his best after win against Southampton http://thekoptimes.com/2018/09/24/s...ck-to-his-best-after-win-against-southampton/
another award for Mo, this time from FIFA: Salah received the Puskas award for the best goal, for his effort against Everton in the Premier League at Anfield last December. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/45631205 (imo his goal vs Spurs that almost won the game was a far better goal)
Amazing thing is only two penalties. Most of the others (CRonaldo, Kane etc) pad their numbers significantly with penalties (and FKs).
I can accept FKs, but I don't know why they count PKs in a striker's goal tally when deciding Golden Boot and other awards. it makes zero sense. being good at pens doesn't mean you are a good striker! some goalies take their team's PKs ffs - does that make them good strikers??
Javier Aguirre can go get ********ed. https://www.goal.com/en/news/salah-...s-do-not-come-says/1fcare4z1tezc1rgam7i1g0b16
https://www.101greatgoals.com/news/mohamed-salah-named-bbcs-african-footballer-of-the-year/ Mo named as African Footballer Of The Year. Again. well done Mo!!!!
Anyone been following this story? I'm wondering about the veracity of it. Egyptian soccer star Salah may quit team if Israeli player joins
As full of shit as you can get. Made up by some shit mongering anti-Muslim extremist seeking to push their rascist agenda. Just read into it even a little bit please to easily cut through the nonsense.
Well, there is something of a history there. When Mo played with Basel in a CL qualifier he "missed" the opening handshake against Israeli opponents Maccabi Tel Aviv, using the excuse of changing his boots on the sidelines. Then in the return leg he again refused to shake their hands, opting for the fist bump instead. Read more about it here: Salah, Egypt and Israel: A complicated situation
how many more can i post before i get carded? there are other sources. https://www.skysports.com/football/...did-soft-mohamed-salah-penalty-cost-newcastle
No idea - I doubt you were carded (certainly not by me) - I just can't believe someone that has been on a Liverpool forum for 10+ years would link an article from the Rag - even if it is to show the stupidity of the article. In any case - yes there are other sources as you linked where people are looking for any reason to try to cast aspersion on Salah and diminish the victory. What are you going to do. After all - was it John Meero from the Echo that said that Liverpool were running scared of Everton after the Derby or some such nonsense and then let us know that Everton was only 4 wins and a draw behind?
