Greetings, all! First the News Post: Well, life is back to normal, so now you get the league table in a wee bit more timely fashion. I figure last week was enough to permanently retire the "Hall of Shame" in my honor . However, do try to stick to the posted format. In reality, having the games in the right order is what's most important. NEWCOMERS First, let's welcome a few new entrants: empennage, CrewToon, revsrock, and Teetaliano. empennage served notice by making the weekly Cup this week. Weekly Cup Second, all the draws meant for a pretty meagre average score this week. The top score was 6 pts, and this week's Cup was shared four ways between: Matt in the Hatt Guinho (which is of course why I'm back in the saddle this week ) empennage NNCRed Since dawgpound2 crowned Scribe as last week's winner, and I'd thought to include the first match in that cup (giving it to KoRnNutz), we'll put them both in for what was a great performance on both of their parts. This puts the Cup Winners Cup standings at: One win each: Matt in the Hatt, Guinho, empennage, NNCRed, KorNutz, and Scribe. No wins: The rest of you sorry lot! Please check your scores Last week put us in the unusual situation of having 2 separate accountings of the league table. Both dawgpound and I had a couple of errors in our respective tables, but I was able to track those down, and they're corrected in the current table. However, with 60 folks in the league and some 150 scores over the course of the season, we've got around 10,000 scores going into this. So, jlo ends his sojourn with us lower division types. ... He is joined by themrs. (good for the marital bliss, no?) and Hal. Treet, babytig, Thanks! I'll have to try that. In other news, please check your scores for last week. I've found another glitch in the scoring, with BenC1357 up in the first division as well with 8 pts, not 2 as listed, which drops jlo to second place the the second division I'll check when I get home to see if this is a problem with just one cell in the model or something more systemic.
