DAL is in a slump and has only been able recently to eek out wins against Metrostars. DAL will be a step up in quality. RFK should be rocking. I'll offer an opinion later. I think dc is rolling and has plenty of reason to win. Dallas is a great value at 3.7. Dallas also has a better record against the East division teams than anyone in the league. For that reason, I'll take Dallas@3.7
