I received this link in my MLS 90 Minutes. I guess it's a new feature.

    Howard

    Hejduk Clark Pope Franchino

    Klein O'Brien Beasley Preki

    Ching Twellman

I can't really argue with any of the choices though I might have slotted Dunivant in at left back instead of Franchino. Also, Etch had a pretty good game in attacking mid but so did the others. They know Preki's mainly a central attacking mid but they stuck him out on the left anyway.

    Not a bad new feature.

Joey Franchino (New England Revolution) - The Chicago Fire were rarely dangerous down the left flank

Well I certainly hope they meant Chicago's right flank, otherwise it'd be hard to credit Franchino as he'd be on the opposite side of the field.

And how does Franchino get the spot when the National soccer writers had Dunivant as the MLS player of the week runner-up?

Maybe they will add a "Manager of the Week/month" so that we can have the same "curse" that they talk about in England, where the guy wins Manager of the Month and then wins 1 of 6... Just one of those certainties... like a manager getting a vote of confidence from the board... of course the next step there is to start packing.
