    ...and, no, it's NOT The Law Offices of Thomas Flannigan, Esq.

    Go figure.

    I was expecting it to be the Metrostars backline.

    Never heard of them.

    But then again, if its gonna take more than duct tape to fix I am out of my depth.

    Makita is one of the better tool manufactures. They make the blue power tools. I like the yellow DeWalt ones personally. But they are good tools.

    Now the Toolbox has something to fill it. Ha, I kill me.

    I am a grown-Bosch first (and Porter-Cable second) man myself. But Makita makes good stuff too.

    It is a very creditable brand.

    Makita had side boards at the Quakes game yesterday, was wondering if it was local or national, thanks for the info.

    I have one of their drills. Best one I've ever owned.

    Since they are only corporate sponsors, they won't have sponsor tags on uniforms like some "official" sponsors.

    It appears they want to reach the growing Hispanic market. Chivas may already be paying dividends for MLS.

    Seeing as I just bought my house, I know which brand of tools to buy, although I've tended to get Dewalt for heavy work and Black and Decker (yes, I know, same same) for light work.

    Dewalt used to sponsor Atlante in Mexico.

    I already have a Makita & I love it.

    It's a bit underpowered, but I could spend more & get more power; but then I would just end up hurting myself.

    Let's see:

    Skil = Red/Black = Dallas
    Makita = Blue/Green = Galaxy
    DeWalt = Yellow = Crew
    Porter Cable = Black/White = DCU
    Ryobi = Blue = San Jose
    Milwaukee = Red = Chicago
    Hilti = Red = Uhh, some other red team.
    Rigid = Orange = Ummm.

    I think MLS needs an orange team.
    Or red white and blue power tools.

    I would guess the day Cobi retires and relenquishes his perpetual honor.
