MLS Salaries

    This has probably been posted before, but i was just wondering what the average salary for a professional soccer player is in the United States and who is the top paid player? Anybody have the answers?

    I'm not sure what the average salary is. I don't think MLS publishes player's salaries (I could be wrong), but I believe the max is in the 200K-240K range.

    I believe the average is around $80K

    I read that the max salary is around $270,000
    this year not including bonus say for goals or assists. I think thats close to what the metros are paying the honduras national captain the guy they just signed.
