Perhaps this thread title should be changed to more accurately reflect the information in it.

"MLS Pre Season Start Dates Out" maybe?

it would also be useful for Major League Soccer Communications not to list incorrect info in a Press Release.

According to the Concacaf site, the MLS teams are on the road in the first leg of the CCC on March 12, yet the league's Press Release says those first games will be at RFK and Robertson Stadium.

    -------
CONCACAF Champions Cup (March 12 - April 29)
This club competition decides the region's champion and only berth in the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup in December. Two-time defending MLS Cup Champion Houston Dynamo and two-time defending Supporters' Shield winner D.C. United look to build upon their successful runs in last year's tournament, where both lost heartbreaking semifinal series to top Mexican teams.

Here is the schedule for the two-leg, total goals quarterfinal series that feature MLS Clubs:
    (All times Eastern)

    Wednesday, March 12
D.C. United vs. Harbour View (Jamaica), 7 p.m. local at RFK Stadium
Houston Dynamo vs. CSD Municipal (Guatemala), 10 p.m. ET at Robertson Stadium

    Tuesday, March 18
Harbour View vs. D.C. United, 7:30 p.m. ET at RFK

    Wednesday, March 19
CSD Municipal vs. Houston Dynamo, 7:30 p.m.

If D.C. United advance, they will face the winner of the quarterfinal series between Pachuca (Mexico) and CD Motagua (Honduras). If Houston Dynamo advance, they will face the winner of the quarterfinal series between Atlante FC (Mexico) and Deportivo Saprissa (Costa Rica). The semifinal series take place April 3-10 and the two-leg final will be held April 24 and May 1.
