MLS POWER RANKINGS: APRIL 26 http://www.csnchicago.com/chicago-fire/mls-power-rankings-showtime-la-0 16. CHICAGO FIRE (1-2-3, 6 POINTS) The Fire have played the fewest matches in Major League Soccer and have scored the fewest number of goals (6). The defense appears to be notably better than last year, but the loss to Montreal showed the difference between top teams in MLS and where the Fire currently sit. This team needs difference makers on offense, but a playoff spot is within reach in the Eastern Conference. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MLS POWER RANKINGS: Week 8 http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2016/...-8-toronto-fc-rocket-no-1-after-win-vs-impact 18 - Chicago Fire LAST WEEK: 20 HIGH: 18 | LOW: 20 Chicago got a little extra time to cope with their heartbreaking loss to Montreal, taking the weekend off after their late defeat against the Impact. They’re rested, we’ll see if they’re ready – and if Sean Johnson will make his season debut – when they host D.C. on Saturday. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MLS POWER RANKINGS WEEK 8 http://www.si.com/planet-futbol/201...k-8-referee-controversy-orlando-city-new-york 18 CHICAGO FIRE LAST WEEK: 18 RECORD: 1-2-3 The Fire endured a bye week and will return to action at home against D.C. United on Saturday, looking for a second win of the season.
Did they really say endured instead of enjoyed? Is Pauno training them like Klinsmann? Everyone take the beep test?
Not to worry. Andy knows. He watched the games. On satellite. Private satellite. On the yacht. In Belize.
that only works if you a team that can take advantage of that. Which we don't. Will be lucky to get a single point in our next three games (@vancouver, @New England and @Redballs), I'm going with 0-0-3 and zero points. #GreatJobAndi
The league is so balanced and the East is so bad that we might accidentally win one of those games by parking the bus and getting a goal off a set piece. That won't change the fact that we're awful. We shouldn't look at the number of points we're getting in each game. We should be looking at how we're playing, and we're playing awful. Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk
CSN Chicago http://www.csnchicago.com/chicago-fire/mls-power-rankings-colorado-rapids-have-transformed MLS POWER RANKINGS: MAY 10 18. CHICAGO FIRE (1-2-4, 7 POINTS) This isn't the start the club envisioned before the season and it could get worse with a tough three-game road trip looming. If the Fire can get four points from the trip, that would be reason for hope. If it's a point or less, another long season is likely in store.
4 points that would mean we would have to win one of the three games, not going to happen. Best case is we tie one of the three games (1 point max).

While I can see why, I just happened to check out the MLS site for goalie stats and lo and behold, some guy by the name of Sean Johnson has the lowest GAA in all of MLS. Makes you wonder why he only has 180 minutes of playing time..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Fire almost on the brink of nearly verging on being just a tad less than mediocre! MLS Cup here we come!
