While I agree, I would point out that Deuce went for the head, while Robles just kicked out.

But that kick out is a red all day.

I don’t disagree at all, but kicking out like that has gotten players tossed from World Cups. That was a red as the game is called.

For sheer narrative value, this game needs a Fire goal

 

Can you really wash off the LA stink? Look at the St Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders, etc.

 

Decisions like that and the Dempsey red are why VAR needs to be centralized. If you're going to have it, decisions using it need to be be consistent, and not subject to the officials at the match on any given day.
