Mullins gets past the defender there...puts the ball into the Potomac! WOW son.

If only our soccer leaders in our nation were to "Americanize" the most dominant sport on the Planet, this is what will forge the U.S. into a leader in professional soccer.

I thought the home teams were supposed to always win these knockouts?

    Mancosu--2 goals, no drama.

Drogba should just catch a plane now.

Remember when Jim Curtin said DC United was unbeatable.

Now Philly's out, and so is DCU.

That one was somewhat novel. Stunning, really, especially as Jesse Marsch became an offensive juggernaut. That this is happening to this DC team is not unexpected.

    0-3 down.
DCU has Montreal right where Benny wants 'em right!

Having innings, taller fences and throwing a rugby ball forward has that odd effect. Shocking I know.

The audio selection is by hitting the "Info" button, and going over to the "Audio/Video" menu.

Yeah...so disappointed and deflated after how well we played past couple months. Since 2004 playoffs have been...well, this.

We could start by allowing the coach of a losing team to throw in the towel.

DiVaio and Mancosu tend to make me think there's a place in MLS for the pure finisher who does little else.

This concept of a "luxury player"...if the luxury is scoring goals, can't you have other guys do the running?

What a slide by Ciman there--so classy.
